Oat and protein pancake mix with sweetener.

Protein Pancake is the powder mix for preparing delicious flavored pancakes with over 39% protein.

They can be consumed plain or by adding the 0 calorie Salsero Zero syrups as a garnish for a healthy, high-protein breakfast or snack.

Preparation method: mix 2 scoops of powder, equal to 50 g of product, with 100 ml of skimmed milk or water in a bowl, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Cook the pancakes until golden brown in a pan previously greased with a drizzle of oil.
