HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT :

1. Open the envelope.
2. Apply the first bandage starting from the ankle of the right leg, going up to the abdomen.
3. Then apply the second bandage starting from the ankle of the left leg, going up to the abdomen.
4. Leave on for about 20-30 minutes.
5. If desired, cover the affected area with cartene trousers or transparent film.
6. Remove the bandages and dab the excess liquid with absorbent paper and proceed with the massage.
